Devic Physical Therapy LLC is the sister company of Devic Inc, a trusted provider of Home Health Physical Therapy Contracting services since 2002. We are committed to delivering comprehensive, personalized physical therapy care tailored to the unique needs of our diverse patient population. Founded in 2024 by Dr. Desiree Ngwanah (DPT, MPT, BA) and Victor Ngwanah, our clinic focuses on geriatric physical therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation. Dr. Desiree Ngwanah
Desiree moved to Texas in 2002 after obtaining an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Marketing from The University of East London in the UK. Desiree graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas in December 2010. The College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota was the next educational institution where Desiree obtained her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Desiree is Bilingual speaking, proficient in English and French and working on her Spanish. Desiree has fourteen years of experience in the practice of Physical Therapy, working in Outpatient and Home Health settings. Friendly, compassionate, a good listener, Desiree is your preferred Physical Therapy provider. Skilled in training for fall prevention and recovery, balance training, differential diagnosis, pre and post-Surgical care, Job safety and accident and Injury recovery, pain management, Neck and back pain, and the management of Arthritis. Desiree has a wealth of knowledge and manual skills in managing Orthopedic and Geriatric patients.
Victor Ngwanah
Victor relocated to Texas from Miami in 2000 after obtaining his Associate degree in Physical Therapy from Miami Dade. Victor worked in outpatient Physical Therapy at MedAlert in Arlington, TX and Home health settings.Victor was in charge of and instrumental in the Physical Therapy Clinic set up at Alpha Medical Center in Lancaster TX. Victor started a Physical Therapy home health contracting service from 2002 until present, managing and coordinating Therapist assignments for Home health agencies. Victor obtained his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2015 and furthered his education at the University of Texas at Tyler, graduating with a Master’s in Business Administration in 2022. Victor has experience in PT treatment for patients of all age groups and diagnosis. Victor has twenty-five years of experience in providing Physical Therapy treatment and has impacted the lives of many patients.
